My Dieting, or lack thereof, history:
From 17 - 25 I weighed 123 - 127 pounds. (37/24/36)
Stayed consistent even after the first three children when I gained two inches in the waist. Never dieted or did exercise. Just routine movement and dancing to the radio.
For most of a thirty year span from age 26 (last of four children) until age 56 (when I gave up smoking) I weighed between 135 - 145.
I wore the same size through that ten pound fluctuation. Just a larger hourglass than before the four children. lol. (39/28/38).
