I'm on my weight loss journey. There are some ups and downs, but I'm in this for the long haul and someday will post my goal.

Menu (just numbering meals since B/L/D doesn't apply so much with many small meals):

1: 10 oz ribeye with 1 Tbsp garlic/herb mayo
2: 2 eggs, 1 Tbsp garlic/herb mayo, 1/4 c sauteed mushrooms (in coconut oil)
3: 5 oz pork chop, 1/2 c romaine, 1/2 c spinach, 4 green olives, 1 Tbsp blue cheese dressing w/ added RW vinegar
4: other 1/2 of salad, same as above
5: 2 hb eggs or 1 cheese stick
6: dinner of some sort, eating out after DD's soccer class
7: lc cheesecake if needed
