Better day soon???

Well I weighed in on the work scale. I started @ 171 and today I am at 160. Looking back over the last 3 years I have been down to 147 on that same scale.
I walked/jog yesterday 2 miles 36 min. Plan to do it again today. I waited till noon and it was way to hot 81°. Maybe I'll go @ 11:00 today.
I can't seem to shake my depression. So much going on and so little drugs..lol
I upped my welbutrin to 450 after I stopped the Lexapro....( I know that Lexapro was the cause of the 17 Lb weight gain in 6 months)
Gotta check back with the doc about my changes. Well only 10...

156.6 or 157 when rounding. Not bad considering my weekend was very Beer oriented Low carb beer but lots of beer.
Actually went to the gym Monday. I should try to go before work....Hmmmm how can I work that out??
I have upped my walking to 2 miles...35 mins. Added a little running (very little).

2 eggs w/bacon and cheese
12 almonds
sunflower seeds
LC cheese crisp w/salsa
3 pieces of everything pizza (No Crust)
1.5 miles in 24 min.
I want to complete it in 20 and then go further.
Emotional day...
159 this am

Week 2

Well this is week 2..not to bad. I lost 6 pounds from the first week. I had a beer festival to go to and thought it would set me back to the begining. But I did alright. I walked 6 out of the 7 days and did light upper body workout. I ate the right things today. Chicken breast, salad, steak, Grilled veggies, and nuts. Hopefully My numbers will be better tomorrow. My goal by friday is 158. Wish me luck

Here I go again..on my own.

Okay here I go again..on my own. Saturday March 1st I found out I was going to Hawaii. And here I am again at my highest weight ever 167. I tried eatting right I tried WW and no luck. Atkins is the only thing that works for me. I need to lose 30 lbs in 3 months. I can do it!!! I feel awful at this weight and hate myself. What a great incentive but going to Hawaii.
Yesterday and today I did well. Eggs and bacon for bf, Salad with bacon egg and cheese for LN, meatballs and salad one day and turkey breast with gravy and brocolli.
I started walking 30 min (1.5 Miles) a day and some...
