Yesterday's meal was VERY hard. It was a challenge day and we had a cookie cake for my birthday. YIKES!
Cookies, cakes, sweets, r HUGE trigger foods for me so I was really nervous.I set a goal during the meal (which we always do) to not think about that cake the whole time. I used a lot of self talk and am happy to say I made it and it didnt kill me! Lol
In all seriousness we also had a body image group and a relapse prevention group. Both were interesting and helpful. I am really learning a lot there. I just cant believe it has already been 3 weeks, that I am half way done with this! Am I doing better? I think I am, I FEEL better, a FEEL a little stronger, more capable of being able to fight this. That's why today I chose my word to be capable. I AM capable of doing whatever I set my mind to
