I walked outdoors for 50 minutes this morning. It was cold and sunny and it felt great to be out and moving.

I am seriously going to aim for 5 days of exercise this week: 30 minutes brisk walking followed by 10 minutes of yoga. That's the minimum...if I do more, great, but I gotta start somewhere!

In order to kick-start my metabolism and really lose this weight, I KNOW I need to exercise. the weird thing is, I LIKE exercise once I'm going! It's getting started and in the HABIT of doing it that's hard for me.

Today was a really good start!

Today's food:

B: 3 fried eggs, tea w/ cream

L: leftover chicken w/ m'rooms and onions, collard greens, tea w/ cream

D: salad w/ HB eggs, tea w/ cream
