Well went on vacation and gained 4 pounds. That was 3 days ago . Now down the 4 again . On my way to losing another 22 pounds. Thats my goal . by Christmas . If more yeayyyy. But Im going to do this 22 at a time . Cool !

Im still sticking with it . Its slow but sure . I had to introduce a small amount of carbs for a few days I have been so dizzy and sickly . The dizziness is so severe though . Ibought glucerna bars . Does anyone know anything about these ?

I have been sick and you would think I would have lost more but it didnt show up on the scale . I feel like I have lost more than the scale shows . 16 pounds down still . I dont go to the bathroom all that much though so I always think Hmmmm I wounder what I would weigh if I did . LOL !!! ANYWAYS i GUESS IF i KEEP PLUGGING AWAY ITS BOUND TO SHOW UP . lOVE ALL OF YOU FOR ALL THE COMMENTS AND SUPPORT. iTS SO WOUNDERFUL.

Yes I am the same still 16 pounds down . I wish it would go faster but I guess it can not go down everyday . Right ? Oh well I just happy Im looking better and feeling better and the pounds are dropping . Yeayyy ! Maybe tomorrow !!!!
