Weekly weigh-in

fat: 91.877
lean: 140.723
Man, thinking of the fact that I'm carrying around 91 pounds of fat is a little gross. That is a lot. A LOT a lot.
On the flip side, the fact that I have 140 lbs of lean body mass leads me to believe that my goal of 180 is not so unreasonable on my 5'9 frame.
I've been good yesterday, today, and I will be tomorrow, although I have a planned "cheat" meal. I've been 90% on for the last couple weeks in anticipation of this. Going out with a few co-workers for delish deep dish pizza. One of my faves.
On the ice cream front, I've discovered frozen berries with a little teeny tiny amount of heavy cream. This seriously curbs the ice cream cravings. I think I can make it the rest of the month until Free Scoop Day at Ben and Jerry's without ice cream. Yay!
I'm also planning to go for a 4 mile walk around the lake tonight after work. Thursday I plan to go to yoga. And then this weekend I'll either go on a hike with my friend and her dog, or do another walk around the lake. Or maybe even hit the gym. So, upping the activity by one this week. Yay!
