Well, I've certainly been missing in action! My boss returned from his deployment and things have been hopping at work. I'm not complaining at all. Especially since I DID get everything caught up and it looks like I was on top of things the whole time-ROFLMAO. Still doing well in the not smoking department and still doing well in the not munching myself to death department! Whew. I've been making it to the gym at least 4 days a week, so I think that helps a lot. Haven't lost, but I haven't gained either. As long as I can maintain where I am I can handle it. I really want to lose the last <10 lbs, but don't care how long it takes. And if I can just maintain for a while, it beats the crap out of gaining. Every time I've ever quit smoking (more times than I can count), I've usually gained, but I hadn't been doing LC, or if I was, just caved to carbs. I haven't done LC this faithfully ever, though, so that may have something to do with it. I have no desire to eat junky stuff any more. I DO eat one meal a week that isn't LC, but I don't eat sugar. That's one slippery slope I don't ever want to fall down again! Hard to think of it as an eating disorder, but before I got back to LC this time, I was killing myself (slowly/not so slowly?) with sugar binges. Had absotively posolutly NO CONTROL over it. Tried OA, but until it clicked to have LC as my eating plan, it didn't work. Wow, I've certainly rattled on and on and on and (well, you get the idea). Guess I should show up here more often and not be quite so wordy...
