I've been doing Couch to 5K and have recently discovered that I have no energy to do this

. I'm going to try adding back in carbs - aiming for ~50 net. If that doesn't help a whole lot, I'll cut them back out - it feels positively decadent trying to get them up to that, but man oh man, the raw carrots are soooo worth it. I've always been a lover of raw carrots, too bad they didn't help my eyes {sigh}.
Anyhoo, that's it for today. I'll try and keep this updated as to how the higher carb levels do for my energy...
