184.5 today. Down from 190 on Monday. I am on target to get to my 10 pound in 2 week goal or even surpass it! I've done 5.5 pounds in 4 days! I love lowcarbing. Who knows, maybe I can do the 10 pounds in 1 week! Stay tuned.
I intended to workout today, but that didn't happen. So after eaten a good bit of salt for the last few days, I wouldn't be surprised if it showed on the scale in the morning. I will be at the gym first thing in the morning.
