I'm doing well over here. I'm OP and feeling good. My weight loss is VERY slow. But I feel satisfied and happy.

One thing I've noticed is that the more nuts I eat, the better I feel. Yes, they're calorie-dense (though I do track calories too), but they seem to really do good things for my body. Just an observation.
