Good morning!
I hadn’t lost anything when I weighed yesterday but today I’m down 1.5 more pounds!! That makes 6.5 since Monday and 7.5 total. Woohoo!!
Last night I had MCDONALDS for dinner!!! I ate a double quarter pounder with cheese without the bread and two side salads with ranch dressing. How cool is that? I forgot and got the whole meal but my husband ate my fries,,,along with his fries.

I did have ONE fry but that was it.
For the rest of the day I had a steak, cheese and jalapeno omelet for breakfast and ground beef/rotel/cream cheese...
