So yesterday I ate a little differently than I have been and lost less. I know I can't expect close to a lb a day to keep going so I don't know if it is that or the diff. food.

Yesterday:
B: coffee w/ hwc, bubba burger on two oopsies
D: Chicken breast with bacon and provolone cheese on two oopsies

Maybe four oopsie is too much in a day

Today:
B: scramble with it. sausage and egg, coffee w/ hwc
D: Maybe I'll get a steak?

Yay! I lost some more and my sticks and nicely pueple. PLUS I drank lots of water yesterday! Totally OP and feel really good about it! I keep eating the same food since the scale keeps moving when I do. Getting a little scared of changing it up but I know I am gonna need to so I don't get bored.

Yesterday and today's menu;

B: 2 egg omelet with bacon, muenster cheese, am cheese, mushrooms and onion with a little bit of hot sauce. Coffee w/ hwc
D: Blue Cheeseburger pie with some leftover mush/onions

Gonna do the water again!

OK so yesterday was weigh-in day at 224. I am happy about this, 12 lbs down in 4 weeks, not bad. We have 5 1/2 weeks til the cruise. I allowed myself to splurge yesterday with some peanut clusters and fried cheese. we also went to happy hour so I had beer. Today I was super good;

B: 2 egg omelet with mushrooms, onions, muenster cheese, bacon and salsa. coffee w/ hc
D: 10 oz filet with sauteed mushrooms

Yummy day!
We will see what affect the beer has...

So I am down to 224.4 today. I view tomorrow's weigh in as my one for the week so I would like to see some movement. I can't decide if I should eat the same thing I ate the last 3 days? I already had the same breakfast my blue cheese hamburger pie. I kinda want a chicken caesar salad for dinner but am afraid it will mess up my number tomorrow.... hmmm

Yay! I was good yesterday and the day before and a 2 lb loss was there to reward me today! Yesterday I had the blue cheese hamburger quiche for brekkie, chicken club minus the bread for dinner and egg drop soup and jello with whipped cream as snacks.

Today:
Same as yesterday but without the snacks... I have chicken jerky if I need a snack.

I hope the losses keep coming.

224.5 hoping to be 221 at beginning of next week!
