I haven't been posting to my blog even though I am still working out and losing it...the fat that is.

...I found out yesterday at the doctor's that I have actually lost 15 pounds since June. I haven't had a chance to work out 'cause of helping my mom to move but will get into it by next week again.

I had a good full body workout and then 30 minutes on the treadmill. I think I could have gone longer but didn't want to overdo it after getting back from holidays.

I've got to cut the grass later which will mean a bit more of a chance of burning some more calories.

...and yes, I misbehaved...but just a little and kept mostly to what I should have.

I did quite a lot of walking, almost like being on an upward incline on the treadmill.

After I recover from the 19 hour drive back home, I will be going into the gym this week to work it out again.

Man I just tore it up today in the gym, both with my legs, arms, shoulders...everything. I then went on the treadmill for just 35 minutes which burned up 278 calories.

I came home and had a Muscle Milk shake and feel great.
