Just the tread...

I did 52 minutes and worked out about 417 calories. Will do a full body workout tomorrow and then treadmill the day after, then I'm off for Tennessee. I will bring my dumbells with me to do some weight training but will do enough walking around while down there.

I worked out on Friday and then fluffed off Saturday. Didn't work out Sunday but went and helped my mom pack so was doing something a little bit physical.

Today I worked on my upper body and had a great deal of stamina. Then I thought I would try and stretch myself on the treadmill and went one whole hour.

In total, 65 minutes on the treadmill burned 522 calories not including how every much on the strength training side.

This week I'm trying to be a little extra strict with myself because I'm off to the Smoky's next week and wanted to not only build up my walking but also shed a little bit too.

I think both are possible.

Blah day!

No workout today. I was to go on the treadmill but felt tired. Maybe too much this week and I needed a lazy day. Back to the pumping on Monday.

Forgot to post yesterday

I had a full body workout and then 30 minutes on the treadmill, including a 5 minute trip before hitting the weights. I wanted to do 45 minutes but it was all I could do to last 30 because I was tired.

I burned about 238 calories on the treadmill but not sure how many clanging the metal.

I will still have to begin to consider my eating habits now as I have not been getting too serious and have engaged in things which are counterproductive to losing.

I think if I didn't have the constant exercise part that I would be back up to 360 but I could be down to 340 before July ended if I really got serious about eating.

I guess I tend towards comfort food if I'm facing any emotional crisis, especially pastas, toast with pb and jam, chocolate.

One week left before going away so I'd like to be down a few more pounds.

Blew it a little but kicked my butt today

I went on a donut frenzy for a couple of days but now back on track and went to the gym today and did a full body workout, mostly upper, then I went 45 minutes on the treadmill plus 5 minutes as a warmup before hitting the weights.

I burned about 380 calories not including what I burn with weight training.
