Refeed day!

Today is my refeed day and I've followed it to the best of my ability. I did eat too much fat already today. I was soooo hungry and needed something so I ate an egg yolk. so, here is my day so far.

B: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1/2 T coconut oil, 1 la tortilla factory low carb wrap to give me a bit of energy I suppose. I kinda ate 2.5 last night which was a guess the beginning of my refeed. I've read that you can do a 48 hr refeed so I'm not concerned with this. I did go over calorie wise yesterday. I was very hungry and so tired!

Pre-workout: 11 strawberries....

Diet diet diet diet . . . .what is the correct way to eat?

I had training all day today so no workout. I should have gone but I haven't taken a day off in two weeks almost. I got out at 4 but just decided to relax. I am totally ready for a refeed. Proabably Saturday. I ate a low carb tortilla just a minute ago because I wanted something but not too many carbs. It had only 5 net carbs and boy was it good. I was so tired of eating only veggies.

My calories were in the 1600-1800 range but the last week have been majorly high - as high as even 2900. I have been so tired because of my low carb stores. I'm biking an extra hour as well...

Running out of titles

Running out of titles for my blog. ???

It was a good day. I had energy and felt good. Had training downtown at Nationwide this morning for work. It was a nice building but I still like working out West and I am glad I don't have to drive 1/2 hour to work every morning. I drank 2 diet sodas there and ever since have had a headache. Aspartame overload for sure.

Worked out during lunch - chest and tris. No time for cardio, nor did I want to do it. I haven't taken a day off working out in almost 2 weeks. Well, last Monday I was off but I rode my bike...

Crappy - just crappy

That's how I feel - crappier than crap can be. don't know what is wrong but my energy levels are lacking. Have been all day.

So, I totally fell of the plan last night. Well, not totally . . .but I ate way to many calories! Close to 3000. I usually hate SPAM but had some sitting in my cupboard for an emergency. It got a free sample somewhere. Well, I saw it and starting eating it. It was sooo good too. It hate SPAM so it's strange! I was still hungry so I fried up my chicken marinating in the fridge. I ate about 6-7 oz. It was also tasty. I must be lacking something...

Great day to be alive!!!

Life is good. It was leg day today and I had a most excellent workout.

Biked to the gym 10 minutes
Squats 4 sets 115, 125, 135, 125 lbs 8-12 reps
Decline Leg press: 4 sets 270 lbs
alternating lunges w/ 25 lb dumbbells each shoulder 3 sets 12-16 reps each leg
Deadlifts: 100 lbs and 110 lbs 11 reps 4 sets total.
Thighs and hams 4 sets
A little extra isolated but and leg work alternating in between sets with calfs.
Ran on treadmill 10 minutes
Hopped and biked home (a little longer because it was so much fun!) for 20 minutes....
