Shakes shakes and more shakes

So many shakes to speak of. I'm going to try the Fawn shake mixed with some recipes from my raw food class:
FAWN SHAKE
4 cups veggies organic, kale, cabbage, collard, chard of color, spinach, broccoli
1 cup yogurt and/or kefir
1/2 cup aloe vera juice
1/2 cup frozen berries
2 Tbsp peanut butter (I'm going to leave this out & add 1 scoop of PP + Tbsp of Organic Psyllium Husk)
2 Tbsp flaxseed meal
1 Tbsp. chlorophyll
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp bee pollen (local for allergy relief)
1 raw egg


Lemonade...

Beautiful Day!

It's 9:44 am. Writing a quick note. I think I can do small changes to incorporate raw foods such as soaking my almonds. I'll have to finish eating my store bought Blue Diamond roasted almonds but then I'm totally going raw.
My refeed days are going to incorporate a lot more raw fruits and veggies. I'm going to make healthy smoothies with raw fruits and veggies. Don't care if I don't have a juicer. I'm just going to blend it.

Yesterday I weighed in at 153!!! I couldn't believe it. Again, I'm skipping my refeed today and will wait until next Saturday or Sunday...

Confusing Day

Today has been great. Got up and didn't waste any time. Got my stuff, made and packed breakfast, drank my coffee and I was out the door. I did cardio 45 minutes
20 minutes elliptical
10 minutes running 1 incline more per minute so by minute 10 I was on 10% incline running 4.2 miles per hour
Then I walked incline 10-15 percent 3.2-3.8 mph
finally stair machine (not stairmaster) for 5 minutes on level 5-6 speed. Finished up with ab work.
Went home felt great! Got my plants planted - finally!

Went to a raw food class today and that is where...

Geez, this day is very long. I was so tired and didn't get up for cardio this morning. I promised I'd work out during lunch that day. I was worried because it was a co-worker's birthday and we were going to go out for lunch. I like going for lunch but it ruins my diet! Restaurant food makes me sick. Even when eating low carb I always eat too much because it is in my face and for some reason I get hungrier after my meal. I think it has something to do with the food being altered and produced in mass quanties. I absolutely hate SYSCO. 4 years of college food really turned me off. It is...

What is "natural food?" Some companies don't get it.

Well, my night ended okay last night. No yogurt or cottage cheese - yahoo! I did end the night high calorie though eating the rest of my tyson "All natural" whole chicken.

Yup, again the food industry tricked me. I knew better but thought I'd trust Tyson. Don't know why since I don't trust Tyson in any other food I eat. Sometimes I get the "Member's Mark" rotisserie chickens from Sam's club which the meat guy told me were Tyson brand and it was something you could trust to be "good meat.". So anyway. . .
