Depressing

I'm depressed. Well, just slightly. Had my refeed on Sunday and it ended up being a binge. :-( I ate way too much - 3000 calories!!! I feel so fat and bloated. I took pictures of my before and after to see how much water I retained. I'll post them later this week. I feel so fat and bloated still. I worked out too hard on Sunday and did too much leg work. I can barely walk! I took 2 aleve finally today and an energy pill to do cardio. My workout session was pure hard cardio for 50 minutes. My HR WAS 140-160. Average was 150. I have liver damage from taking too much aleve so I try to lay off of it but I soooo needed it today.

Did induction yesterday and today. Very clean. I need to get my calories down this week. Macros are as such

Sunday Totals: 2,557 48g 290mg 4,685mg 564g 45g 156g 163g
Monday Totals: 2,054 94g 448mg 2,234mg 80g 24g 33g 193g
Tuesday Totals: 1,443 95g 802mg 363mg 43g 10g 14g 101g



I will probably get a few hundred extra calories tonight before bed for my protein shake but I burned 600 cal today at lunch so my calories should be about the same.

I'm starting Prism at my church. It is to deal with the emotional part of food and help you deal with your compulsive eating. Yes, I admit I have an eating disorder. I control is well by doing this low carb/keto thing. I just hate how it controls me sometimes.
