It's Friday!

TGIF!

Thursday I had an AM doc appt and found out I have an abnormal liver. Better lay off that Aleve!!!

Had a crappy cardio session yesterday as I didn't eat properly beforehand. woke up 15 minutes before my doctor's appt and rushed there only grabbing 1/2 scoop whey protein and 1 egg. I was there for an 1.5 hours and went straight to the gym. Not only was my sodium really low, I was hungry and lacking energy severely!!!

After eating and working (took PTO 4 hours) I went home and did "The Firm total body shaping mix." Just did light weight but enough to cause a build up of latic acid. The leg work is what I wanted.

Ate too much out of habit yesterday.

Today was great. Lifted back and bis during lunch with extra leg work. I need to get rid of this cellulite!!!
Pulley row 80-90 lbs
Lat pulldowns 75-80 lbs
Bicep curls with preacher bar 40 lbs
T-bar row 50 lbs
Step ups on bench for leg work
Smith machine dips 50 lbs
pliae dips on smith machine 50lbs
Alternating Dumbbell Curls 15 lbs
Preacher curls lever machine 30-40 lbs
back extentions
lunges and dips 2 sets
front squats w/ bar added 5 lbs to each side

At 7 pm I went bike riding. It is hot out!!! I did 70 minutes and 35 of those were cardio averaging 135 bpm. I have a huge rash between my legs! I need biking shorts. I put coconut oil on it so let's see if coc. oil really is the miracle cure of all time.

Off to bed.
