Running out of titles

Running out of titles for my blog. ???
It was a good day. I had energy and felt good. Had training downtown at Nationwide this morning for work. It was a nice building but I still like working out West and I am glad I don't have to drive 1/2 hour to work every morning. I drank 2 diet sodas there and ever since have had a headache.
Aspartame overload for sure.
Worked out during lunch - chest and tris. No time for cardio, nor did I want to do it. I haven't taken a day off working out in almost 2 weeks. Well, last Monday I was off but I rode my bike to work. does that count?
Went biking tonight. Was very windy so stopped after 40 minutes. Ate yogurt before my workout. I needed it though because last night I didn't consume any type of carb before my biking and I ended up turning around after 5 minutes! My tummy was still growling by the time I got home tonight.
Got my sewing machine looked at last night. It isn't broken, thank goodness. Now . . . I have to learn to sew. Youtube is a godsend!
Made corned beef for the first time. Pretty tasty stuff.
Anyone have opinions on canned meat . . . tuna or salmon? When I drain it I certainly don't get 6 oz of tuna. How many calories do I count?
Oh yeah, I dropped 2 pounds this morning - back to 155. :-) I'm drinking water before bed even if I'm up all night peeing. I was dying of thirst all night last night and after that corned beef, I'm going to need it.
