Shakes shakes and more shakes

Posted 05-18-2008 at 09:34 AM by feather319
So many shakes to speak of. I'm going to try the Fawn shake mixed with some recipes from my raw food class:
FAWN SHAKE
4 cups veggies organic, kale, cabbage, collard, chard of color, spinach, broccoli
1 cup yogurt and/or kefir
1/2 cup aloe vera juice
1/2 cup frozen berries
2 Tbsp peanut butter (I'm going to leave this out & add 1 scoop of PP + Tbsp of Organic Psyllium Husk)
2 Tbsp flaxseed meal
1 Tbsp. chlorophyll
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp bee pollen (local for allergy relief)
1 raw egg

Lemonade Shake:
Green Lemonade

Makes 1 Serving

1 Head of Romaine Lettuce or Celery

5 to 6 stalks of Kale (any type)

1 to 2 Apples (as needed for sweetness - I recommend Organic Fuji)

1 Whole Organic Lemon (you don’t have to peel it)

1 to 2 inches fresh ginger (optinal)

Process the vegetables in a juicer

Pour into a large glass, and drink!

Tweaking to make low carb - very exciting!!!

Then one day the egg begins to shake and a chick pops out. While the egg sat idle things were changing under the surface.

We all spend too much time looking at the outside of the egg when we should stop and think about what is going on inside.

We all get frustrated with lack of progress, slow strength gains, injuries, and the 100 other things that never come as fast as we like.

Many times busting out of these slumps does not take external changes (special exercises, new diet parameters, supplements, programs, money) but how you are internally programmed.

What internal beliefs do you need to change?"
