Finally Friday

Had a great day - kinda. Changed up my schedule and got some lifting in during lunch. I have never seriously hit the weights hard core at my work gym simply because they have mostly pulley and lever machines and barbells. No actual squat bar or free bars. Today was back, bis, and shoulders so I gave it a shot. It was an okay workout but really missed my heavy weights with full range of motion.

Went to the doctor today and am on Lexepro now. I told her about my binging and my desire for perfection - something that I can never achieve and don't have a reason too. I don't know...

Really Depressing

Yesterday was an okay day, still no energy. I took an energy pill and went to the gym to lift and try cardio. I did good but felt horrid. Felt okay the rest of the day. Did well calories wise as well but really upped the supplements taking everything I had - CoQ10, l-carn, l-glut, 5-htp, vit c, b-complex, iron, vit d, calcium, just to try to get my body to feel healthy.


Today I felt even more like sh*t. I have no energy. My sodium is low, I peeing like crazy. I tried cardio but felt terrible. I am probably fighting ketosis. I will not give in though. I'm forcing...

Depressing

I'm depressed. Well, just slightly. Had my refeed on Sunday and it ended up being a binge. :-( I ate way too much - 3000 calories!!! I feel so fat and bloated. I took pictures of my before and after to see how much water I retained. I'll post them later this week. I feel so fat and bloated still. I worked out too hard on Sunday and did too much leg work. I can barely walk! I took 2 aleve finally today and an energy pill to do cardio. My workout session was pure hard cardio for 50 minutes. My HR WAS 140-160. Average was 150. I have liver damage from taking too much aleve so I try...

Refeed - awesome!

Had a refeed today. It was much needed. My last one was last Friday. I was totally prepared for this one. Yesterday I made a few concoctions.
1. Granola - Raw oats, wheat bran and flax mixed with olive oil, water, vanilla, splenda, and cinnamon. I added a bit too much olive oil which added up to 4 grams fat per 1/2 cup serving so I only had one serving for breakfast. It sure was filling!!! I only ate 1/2 cup, 1 egg, and 1/2 cup egg whites and I was sooooooooo full - not even a sugar craving. I had to force my fruit before my workout 3 hours later. Anyone have a low fat granola...
