Yesterday was an okay day, still no energy. I took an energy pill and went to the gym to lift and try cardio. I did good but felt horrid. Felt okay the rest of the day. Did well calories wise as well but really upped the supplements taking everything I had - CoQ10, l-carn, l-glut, 5-htp, vit c, b-complex, iron, vit d, calcium, just to try to get my body to feel healthy.
Today I felt even more like sh*t. I have no energy. My sodium is low, I peeing like crazy. I tried cardio but felt terrible. I am probably fighting ketosis. I will not give in though. I'm forcing...
