Started April 2008 out at 259 and now on the 18th I am at 238.5... Incredible to me. I did not lose that much during induction. Thank God!!! I still have 12 days left in this month before I post a total for the month. Total of 67.5 lbs gone since Jan 3rd. This really seems amazing to me and I am just praying I can lose another 80 - 90 lbs before I hit any major stalls.... in fact no stalls would be the ultimate. Progress is so wonderful... Hope everyone else is doing well. Have a great weekend!!
