April Goals

My goals for April are:
1- Lose 10 lbs
2- Walk 3 times per week
3- Ride exercise bike 3 times per week
4- Drink 80 ounces minimum of water
5- Keep carbs between 25 and 35 daily
6- Biggest one of all: Have fun!!

--Also, will be doing some yard work and hoping that serves the purpose of improving our lawn, garden, and burns a few extra calories.

My mini goals I set at the beginning of the year may require some revisions by the end of April. -for a very good reason, I believe I will be able to set my goal weights for the year a little bit lower.

Wahoo! Thank God!

Getting my exercise bike dusted off and setup to where I have no excuse to not get on it and ride a few minutes. Gonna start out with a plan of 3 times a week and the walking.... and just see how it goes.

My son has a Smart Cycle and I am setting my bike up in the same room with him... we're gonna ride together. Lol. He is my inspiration and who keeps me motivated. We hope to make a trip to Disney World next spring, and I want to fit in the rides and be healthy.

Rambling, rambling, rambling.
