Lat night was my friend Elka's 30th b-day. We all went to a bar to celebrate. Of course, everyone was drinking wine and I once again, I didn't give in. I SOOO wanted a glass, just ONE small glass of wine. Not sure how I keep doing it, but I didn't have any, not even that small glass. When we left, I was smiling the entire way home, feeling so proud of myself once again. This is finally starting to become a real way of life for me!

People are finally starting to really notice my weight loss too! When I hear someone say, "WOW, you look great!" .. it gives me that much more...

Today I was really put to the test. Again, out of no where, I started having doubts about myself. I started feeling like I still had so far to go, and that maybe I should just give up. It all started when I went shopping. I tried on clothes and nothing fit me, nothing. I wanted to cry right there in the store. I was sure, after losing 15lbs, that something would fit me. I left and came home in tears. I told Jeremy about it and true to form, he was my hero. He said everything I needed to hear.

Today marks 3 weeks on Atkins 72. I am down 15lbs so far. Things are still going well and I have had no cheats at all. I continue to stay in the zone and I can see the finish line getting closer and closer every day. There have been a few days that I was feeling doubt, but I didn't let it overcome me. I worked through it somehow.

February 9th marks 1 full month on A72 and I plan to do something special for my self to celebrate my success.
