I was right, it did go downhill...

... but I don't mind. I stuck as best to plan as I could and Sat wasn't too bad. I avoided beer, had a few glasses of champagne to start the night then moved onto diet red bull for energy! I took picnic stuff like cooked chicken, ham, cheese, berries but also indulged in some dark chocolate. Then Sun came and I woke up feeling shocking and someone presented me with a fishfinger sandwich and a milky coffee at about 1 pm and by then I just needed food in my system so I wolfed it all down and BOY WAS IT GOOD. The only possible thing I can say that maybe meant it wasn't a complete disaster was that I didn't actually then eat much for the rest of the day so at least my calorie intake wasn't crazy (yes, fuzzy logic, i know *sigh*). I am back on track today and have just started the day with some smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Yummy.
