Back to normality

The flush is done. Loads more stones came out, this time more tan/brown coloured than before. Lots of white flaky stuff too which I think is candida. Anyway... it's done, I'm done and back to the normal routine of proteins and fats and veggies and hopefully less frequent visits to the toilet!

So, a test this morning. I have had eggs for breakfast. Scrambled with butter and cheese. The combination of food that was giving me grief. This was half an hour ago and so far, no belly ache. I will report back but I will be jumping for joy if the discomfort has calmed down! I'm going to take it slowly though. Not go right back to eggs every morning but every few days. Feel lovely and satisfied though which is so nice after doing that fast, albeit a short a one. I hate not having food in my belly.

Now all this fasting and cleansing is over (next flush planned for 2 weeks time) I really need to turn my mind to exercise. I have been procrastinating for a week or 2 that I will start running again but now I really must. Especially as I plan to run a 5K in a few weeks time. So today's project: work out my training schedule, sign up for a race and dust down those faithful ol' running shoes.
