i can't get no sleep

typing this with one hand. it's 3 am in the uk. my 4 month old is wide awake and has been for 2 hours. feeding isn't working. neither is the dummy, swing or just plain old walking the room. i've no idea why she's awake as normally she's a good sleeper. i'm wondering if it's a growth spurt or maybe she's starting on a bit of teething. lord knows. half of this is just guess work anyway. these girlies - what with lola living out the terrible twos and ruby wanting to play in the middle of the night - they are all consuming. they take up every second of my day and every second of my thoughts but i love them so much. my beautiful, lovely sweet girls.
sleep. i must. and ruby is now. twas the pushchair what did it in the end. night night.
