I don't know whether yesterday was a success or not. I had over 100 g of carb. I didn't really intend to have that many carbs, but one slice of bread led to 2. One serving of ice cream led to 2.

The food was:

L: 6 grilled wings with my hot sauce, 1/3 C of blue cheese dressing

D: 5 oz grilled steak, a little homemade mustard-based steak sauce, 1/3 C sauteed baby bella mushrooms, 1/2 C cauliflower faux-tatoes, 2 slices of bread with butter, 2 servings of chocolate ice cream, with a few chocolate chips and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

Somehow I managed to do OK yesterday.

I had:

- tuna salad for lunch,
- dinner was grilled wings with my own hot sauce and blue cheese, tossed salad, whipped cream with Waldens Farms Pancake Syrup on it.
- later on, 2 servings of chocolate chips
- later on, 6 slices of bacon dipped in ranch dressing and a square of lindt 85% chocolate.

I generously estimate 50g total carb for the day.

My weight is pretty much holding steady around 145.5. Pretty bad, but it's better than going up, I guess.

Gosh I used to love that...

Another flop yesterday.

I don't know what's wrong with me. Just not "into" it. Not enough commitment to the plan.

Even "planning" 2200 calories a day and making my favorite foods isn't enough to keep me on plan. And the thoughts of going to 20, or even 30 grams of carbs a day is just horrifying! I'm not disgusted enough with the way I look to get serious about it.

I just hope that point comes before 178 pounds this time...

I guess I'll just try to concentrate on not gaining any more weight and plan for getting back on track...

Well, another "unsuccessful" day.

My dinner was lovely and I wasn't hungry at all afterward. In fact, I was too full. I ate about 4 servings of chocolate chips after dinner, and about 1 C of Chex Mix and a Cup of Chocolate Ice Cream after the kids went to bed. Sometimes being too full actually triggers cravings for me, too.

I was pretty disgusted with myself, b/c I wasnt' hungry AT ALL. I was perfectly satisfied from my yummy dinner. I guess it's just a bad habit now, eating at night.

My weight is 145.4, up 0.1 from yesterday.

I didn't stay on plan yesterday.

I ate everything that I'd planned and had all my supplements (Fish Oil, Vit D, Mg Citrate) and felt just fine and satisfied.

The kids and I watched Star Wars: Episode V, The Empire Strikes Back. (For some reason, I'm fascinated with the Star Wars Movies and have decided to watch all of them, in order. I'm always several years "behind the times," as I hadn't really seen the newer ones, just bits here and there.)

They went to bed I ate some chocolate chips, some ice cream and some Chex Mix, not much of any of it,...
