This blog is for me to keep track of my weight, food and exercise. "BED" stands for Binge Eating Disorder.

I've been working on a project in a place where there's only one place to get lunch. And it's full of tasty things that undermine my intention to lose weight. I thank God for the work, and the opportunity to be useful, but I will also be grateful when it's over.

Today I will stay on my food plan. I won't use "because it's there" as an excuse to climb carbage mountain.
