This blog is for me to keep track of my weight, food and exercise. "BED" stands for Binge Eating Disorder.

Quote:
"On awakening, let us think about the 24 hours ahead. We ask God to direct our thinking, especially asking that it be divorced from self-pity, and from dishonest or self-seeking motives. Free of these, we can employ our mental faculties with assurance, for God gave us brains to use. Our thought-life will be on a higher plane when our thinking begins to be cleared of wrong motives.

If we have to determine which of two courses to take, we ask God for inspiration, an intuitive thought, or a decision. Then we relax and take it easy, and we are often surprised how the right answers come after we have tried this for awhile.

202

I was out of town Saturday and Sunday, ate a lot of junk food at my sister's, and didn't keep a record of what I ate. So back on it today.

Once again, my average weight over the last week was 203. Since I started weighing regularly last month, my averages have been 201, 203, 203, 203. The fractions after the decimal change, but my scale is not precise enough for those to be meaningful.
