Breakfast: 16 oz water with 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
2 nathans hot dogs with mayo.

Exercise:
Tried callenetics (OMGorsh...it is harder than I thought) Only made it through part of the exercises. Are we suppose to install a "bar" in our homes to do some of those exercises??? I was like "what in the world am I suppose to do now? I don't have a ballerina wall bar in my home???????????"
Oh well, I will figure something out!!!
No more of this I will start tomorrow junk. That has gotten me nothing but a 21 pound weight gain. So today IS the day.


9:49pm....FAILED MISERABLY!!!!!!!

Had an egg cream at about 3pm and then got a huge headache and of course ended up feeding the pain. I do not understand why i eat when I am in physical pain especially with a headache. Drives me nuts.

So tomorrow I will attempt to be on plan again. Once I can get a few days in a row cheat free I will officially start counting down my induction.
