So the last 2 days have been anything but good, but I am going to make it today. A friend sprinkled some fairy dust on me and I am feeling it work
Seriously, after 2 days of b/p I am feeling rotten physically and mentally. I am ready to shake it off and get back on track. I have lost all my water weight this past week so I am ready for some true fat loss, I am ready to get back to my goal size and become more confidant with each pound dropped. My plan for today is moderation and NO eating at work (which is very hard for me). It is a rest day from exercise but I may do some Wii...

RECAP for 1/1-1/6
NUTRITION
~ Eat only whole, clean, unprocessed foods- did this everyday but one!
~ No wheat/gluten-did this everyday but one!
~ No eating at work- need to work on this one
EXERCISE
~ 3 cardio sessions- DONE
~ 2 weight workouts- DONE
~ 2 yoga sessions- DONE
PERSONAL
~ take at least 15 minutes everyday for myself- been doing a lot of reading and crocheting, and I took a bath one night
~ Get back to journaling- done
~ Use the tools I have to keep myself from binging- I did GREAT with this

I cant believe it is almost Christmas. It sure doesnt seem it with the 60 degree weather we have been having. It has been beautifully warm here!

I have been doing ok, better the last few days for sure. I have accepted the fact that I am going home at this weight, that I will be seeing my family looking as I do right now, and there is nothing I can do about it. I have stopped dieting and am just trying to eat sensible. I have been posting my food on some threads here and that is helping me be accountable I think. Last night I did have some wheat filled chips and a few sugary drinks,...

It always amazes me how one day I can feel so weak, so hopless, and the next I can feel so strong, like I can conquer the world. Thankfully I am feeling the later today...and FINALLY! I had a GREAT day yesterday. I not only ate on plan, but I also got to the gym, did something for myself, and went to yoga. I decided yesterday that I really have to follow my meal plan, that it is key in my recovery, and that by not following it I am only harming and sabotaging myself. So, I am no longer dieting (I know, finally right? ), I am not going to be stepping on the scale daily, and I am going to try...

The last few days havent been great in terms of my eating, not great at all. I have binged 2x and purged a few times as well. I am letting the stress of going home for the holidays really get to me. I dont know what I am going to do, but something has to change. It is almost the new year and I refuse to go into the new year like this. I want to be strong, healthy and confidant
