I hate Mondays.

It's so hard to get back into the weekly routine. Anyway, Chloe's at school, Paige is napping, and I'm relaxing. I did the dishes, worked out (While both kids were at school), and all I have left is to go to the store later, and then see my nutritionist tonight.
Anyway, my progress is continuing and I feel great. I got rid of the scale and heart rate monitor last week, and I have not restricted or b/p since I started seeing the nutritionist a few weeks a go. The MP has been a God send. I never thought it would work for me, but it's the exact opposite....
