I will weigh 180 pounds and...
-- I will wear clothes that fit (remember Georgia Tent and Awning from Designing Women?).
-- I will be fit and exercise daily (and maybe even do it in front of other folks).
-- I will have a normal lipid profile (no more heart attacks, ever).
-- I will spread the good word about leading a low carb life (yup, were coming to get you).
Just ~one~ Klondike Bar? Please?

Sometimes I have intense cravings. A klondike bar, today, seemed to be the only thing I've ever wanted to eat.
I would have done nearly anything. But I took a nap instead.
I am still doing the do. I've lost 16 pounds. (290/274/180).
I planned to do more blogging and more food prep but I've been really busy with my mom's new website and very focused on getting it done (http://www.rggwohio.com).
It is done now and I can refocus on the diet.
