Hey sunshynes!!!

It's been so long since I posted on my blog...I'm going to be more consistent...I need a way of tracking my weight daily or a couple of times a week so I know trigger foods etc.

So update with me....I've switched from ww to lc....yes...sure did....''I started lc on 10/3/08 at 250.6....

I'm doing a clean lc with minimal processed foods....moderate fat and lots of water. I need to focus on this weightloss...so here I go

Today I'm @ 241.2
I've learned this week to not eat dry roasted peanuts...almonds...I can't control...

Hey Peeps!!!

I'm a little sad summer is almost over!!!! haven't posted here in a while!!! I hope everyone is doing well....still on ww core and loving it!!!! Have a little down time until school starts next week..then it's 15 hr days again....lol I love my life....God is still awesome so I can't complain!

It's been a while since I've blogged! I'm still on plan. There has just been some drama in my life but God is still holy. He's never left me and I'm grateful. My grandma passed away on July 19th but I'm glad to know she's in a much better place and she's not suffering anymore. Praise be to God!
I'm back and work and following ww more stricter than I did when I was away. I'm grateful for a great group of friends that God have surrounded me with her on LCF and in my everyday walk. Knowing my savior whom I serve makes everything go a little easier.

I'm in Seattle...enjoying the sights....went to a storm vs sparks wnba game....I'm trying to stay away from all the lovely fooooood!!!
