Morning!!!

I'm feeling the skinny vibes from my peeps...I hope the scale reflects it today

After I weigh in this afternoon...I'm going to do my very best not to weigh in until next tuesday at ww...I'm working hard on that!

Tonight is prayer....

I'm reading a book on the hundreds of thousands of children who are orphaned by AIDS/HIV...
it's so sad but interesting....I just started this morning.....The organization is called "World Help"!
