Sure it's a very crazy day at work today.....I made my own iced coffee today so I'm impressed tastes really good!!!

I didn't weigh in last night but I did attend the meeting...then the meeting was great. Great encouragement for the next week....I'm eating extra clean....no snacking...which helps a lot....
