Trying something a little different

Doing great.. scales haven't moved the past 4 days but that's ok.

I'm not getting hungry after b'fast. I eat a light lunch and then almost force myself to have a small dinner so I'm going to try the Fast-5 plan. Eat everything within a 5 hour window in the mornings and then fast for 19 hours. I think this fits my lifestyle and I'd rather not have to make myself eat.

The journey to good health

I returned to the low carb way of eating on July 10th, 2009. I've been reading a lot of research on various websites and lurking around many of the message boards. I think I finally have a pretty good understanding of the "High fat, Low carb" WOE. I feel confident that a VLC plan works best for me. I realize that this WOE is not the "norm" for most people but I try to research anything that I am interested in and I also pray about it.. I believe in included God in everything. He created this body...and He knows what is best for it. So far I'm feeling great, energy level has...
