Day 9 - 184Low So. Fat Free chicken broth has been my savior these past few days. I heat it up with some chicken and allowed veggies and its just like chicken soup.
I guess it really is (chicken soup) but not the way I was use to chicken soup before - the way my mom and grandma made it! hehehe!! Good luck. I hope you feel better soon. |

My Low Carb JourneyQuestion 1 - I did it for a few weeks. I didn't see any benefits or problems, so I didn't draw a conclusion. I need to try again.
Question 2 - From what I understand it will change my life (based on testimonies of friends who've done it). I am visiting the doctor today, so I will ask these questions. |

Day 3I work at home so most of the time I get up and go into my office until my daughter gets up for school. I also go to school so sometimes I'll sat there and review homework. Trust me I find plenty to do until it's time for me to clock in at 7. I've tried going back to sleep but I just can't. But on a different note I am ready for bed no later than 9.
