In the beginning there was a need for change

What can I say? I came upon this this by chance. I was looking for 144.5 lbs online to see if I could post it as a background on my computer as a means to get it through my thick head that the weight needs to come off.
I have put on about 40 lbs in 5 years. My heaviest has been 297, thanks to my love for ramen " a bad and wicked thing this". At any rate, I have come a long way in many ways and this is the last thing, the most important aspect of self I need to conquer. Been on this journey a while now. I am hoping to find good people here. A good support system. I am open and ready, my time has indeed come.
