not wanting to eat much today.. good thing I suppose...

been grazing on the bbq pork.. sf bbq sauce turned out okay. not hot enough tho.

have been working on drinking more water.. just cant believe I cant get the scales to move... apparently 190 is as low as I go for now.. SCREAM~!!!

makes me want to eat something REAL BAD~
