Day 18
So go figure... after a huge binge yesterday, I weighed in at 167.6 today. mad:



I am back on track today:
B: 2 eggs, 1 oz cheese, 1 cup green pepper, 1.6 tbsp flax w/ .5 tbsp butter, 8 oz herbal tea w/ 1 tsp DaVinci's, 16 oz water w/ 1 tsp fibersure
L: chicken quarter, 1 oz cheese, 1 cup broccoli w/ .25 tbsp butter, 1.6 tbsp flax w/ .25 tbsp butter, 16 oz water w/ 1 tsp fibersure
S: 1 oz cheese, 1.6 flax w/ .5 butter, 8 oz water
S: 1 cup sliced cucumber
D: 6 baby back ribs w/ dry spice rub, 32 oz wate
S: tea w/ 1 tsp fibersure
I am trying to ignore food and not obsess... increase the fiber, increase the water, increase the exercise... I am thinking of not weighing in for 10 weeks. I know I am eating right. I need to work out daily.
