Last day... I weighed in at 164.6 despite my cream overload the past few days. I do have to emphasize that I weighed in at 164.6 about 3 or 4 days ago. Tomorrow morning I will have my official induction weight loss number.

I am trying to figure out how I should change my diet tomorrow. For a while, I was saying no cheese, no cream... but those are my favorite parts of this diet! I could try it, I suppose. The other option is 2 oz cheese, 2 oz cream (instead of 4). I'll keep thinking about it...

B: 2 eggs, 1 oz cheese, 1 cup cucumber, decaf w/ 1 oz cream and 1 stevia
L: hamburger, 1 oz cheese, 1 cup green pepper, decaf w/ 1/2 oz half and half and 1/2 splenda
S: decaf w/ 1/2 oz half and half and 1/2 splenda
D: 2 chicken leg/thigh pieces w/ skin, 1 oz cheese, 2 oz whipped cream w/ dash cinnamon, dash cocoa, dash vanilla, 1 packet splenda
S: 1 oz cheese, 1 tsp chocolate syrup (just trying it out!)

note to self: must get better sleep at night. I have been doing lights out at 11:00 (falling asleep at 11:20ish) to 6:45 or 7:00. That's a lot more than most people, I know, but it just is not cutting it for me. I need to try to pry the laptop out of my hands by 10:30!

So I went a little over on the artificial sweeteners. 3 packets of splenda, and 1 tsp choco syrup! We'll see how I weigh in tomorrow.

lol, my laptop keeps me up too, I find it hard to turn off! I also find I need more sleep than a lot of people. When people say that they got a full night's rest with 7 hours of sleep I'm always surprised. I don't feel rested unless I get 8 hours at a minimum and I prefer 9, lol.
For changing your diet tomorrow, I was wondering if you're following Dr. Atkin's plan from DANDR or doing your own thing? I haven't read DANDR in about 5 years, so I can't really remember exactly how things change for induction to OWL, but I think T.T. in the Young Guns thread has read the book recently and she seems to know a lot about it.
Good luck with your induction weigh in!

Thanks for the comment! I am loving that Young Guns thread! My latest post talks about how I conked out for 16 hours. I REALLY need to get better sleep. Geez louise...
