I will be updating this later today... but so far:

B: 1 hamburger patty, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup celery, French toast [1 oopsie roll (=1/2 egg, 1/2 oz cheese) w/ 1 egg, 1 splenda packet, dash vanilla, dash cinnamon]
S: 1 oz cheese and 1/3 cup light cream w/ dash vanilla, dash cinnamon, dash cocoa powder, 1 packet Sweet N Low
L: Pork chop cooked in oil, 1 egg cooked in oil, 1/2 cup celery, 1 tsp fibersure
S: 1 egg cooked in oil
D: 12 oz prime rib steak, 1+ cup of broccoli, coffee with a bit of cream and 1 packet of splenda

This French Toast was DELICIOUS! Unfortunately, I had 3 oopsie rolls left, I popped 2 in the toaster (which I heard made them taste less eggy) and they burned up really fast! I was't watching them, but I think they may tend to burn up quicker than regular bread. So I used the last roll to make French Toast, and it was so amazing! I loved it. And it made me full, when in the past I could eat an entire family-sized batch of French Toast! So happy! I plan to make that again and again. Also, I need to try the batter in my waffle machine! I'll save that for next weekend!

Tonight, I am going out to eat with a bunch of friends to a steakhouse/burger place. I plan on getting a steak and a salad and possibly some other veggies. My friend is being proposed to today at the Cherry Blossom Festival! We were let in on the secret by her boyfriend. And there is a surprise dinner for her afterwards- I AM SO EXCITED! I will be avoiding the Champagne, however.

One last note: Today I weighed in at 164.8. Yesterday I was 164.6. I had a bit (1 tsp or so) more than the alloted cream yesterday. I had all 3 packets of Splenda allowed. I also ate all 4 ounces of cheese. I ALSO had a bit extra salad veggies. The 0.2 weight gain reminds me to drink more water, watch those dairy items, and prepare for day 15- when I will start several days of no dairy to see if it makes a difference on my weight loss.

UPDATE: So I went to the dinner for my friend's engagement. A lil' too much fun was had. But I ate just right. I had the most delicious steak. It came with a big serving of broccoli, which definitely puts me over on carbs today. I had a total of 3 packets of sweetener, 4 oz cheese, 3 oz light cream, 1-2 oz heavy cream, and 3-4 cups of veggies. Actually, I didn't do too bad. I don't count carbs, I just follow the guidelines. We'll see when I weigh in tomorrow if I need to adjust that mentality...
