B: 2 eggs prepared in butter, 0.8 ounce cheese
S: 1 cup celery
L: turkey burger patty prepared in butter, 0.8 ounce cheese, 1 cup cucumber, decaf coffee with 1 splenda and 1 creamer
S: double whopper and lettuce -no bun, no cheese, no pickles, no tomatoes
D: pork chop, 1 cup cauliflower, 2 ounces cheese, 1/3 cup whipped cream w/ 1 splenda, dash cocoa powder, dash vanilla, dash apple pie spice
S: oopsie roll (counts as 1/2 ounce cheese, 1/6 packet splenda) with butter
S: 4 slices turkey
I had all 4 ounces of cheese and all 3 ounces of cream today! I will try tomorrow to limit those products. I did have a more active day than usual, as well. Weighed in today at 165.8!
Big test tomorrow! Need sleep! Good night!
