Day 9

Howdy!
B: 2 eggs cooked in butter, 1 ounce cheese, raw veggie mix
L: 2 chicken thighs with skin cooked in oil, 1 ounce cheese, raw veggie mix
S: herbal tea with 1 splenda
D: 1 salmon fillet, 1 ounce cheese, raw veggie mix
S: 1/3 cup whipped cream, 1 splenda
Raw Veggies Mix:
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cucumber
1 cup green pepper
Today I had plenty of water. Let's talk about breakfast- OH I AM SO EXCITED! I had 2 eggs, 1 ounce cheese, and a few bites of veggies... AND I WAS FULL AND SATISFIED UNTIL LUNCH. Now I know for a fact that in the past 2 eggs did not satisfy me. My body has changed, and is so much more healthy! It is exciting to me because I discovered now that I am a 2 egg girl! Also, I think my lunch was pretty filling. I was ready to eat at dinner time, but not starving. And I did not have any cravings all afternoon! So I'd guestimate that I need a bigger lunch.
I could experiment tomorrow with a smaller lunch. I think that that could be fun. I took a pork chop and a turkey burger patty out of the freezer. Perhaps I could try having the turkey burger, 1 ounce cheese, and some veggies for lunch. Then I can see if that holds me until dinner time. If not, I will pack a little larger lunch. Obviously, the afternoon is a low energy time for most people, so I want to make sure I am eating the right amount at lunch. Next, I can experiment with dinner to find my ultimate meal plan!
Next note:
3 ounces cheese
3 ounces cream
2 splendas
I purposely did not eat the 4th ounce of cheese that I usually eat. I will try to ween myself off of that piece, and eventually try to eliminate dairy for a period of time, to test whether I lose better with or without the cheese. When I get down to a maintenance level of weight, I know there are so many delicious foods to choose from that I can eat moderately and not gain weight!
I weighed in at 166.4 I believe. It geting to the point that I cannot remember what the scale said at 6am by the time I write this at 10pm!
I'm happy.
Weird comment of the day: So I may have mentioned that I love, love, love eating my whipped cream at night in bed while surfing my LC sites. I enjoy eating it, then I sit and listen to my tummy make all those digestion noises! There are certain noises that occur after a fatty meal. And I eat cream by itself, which is basically all fat! It is fun and relaxing and enjoyable! Eventually, though, I will try and see if eliminating all dairy helps me lose quicker.
