Day 7!

B: 3 eggs, 1/4 stalk celery, 1 oz cream cheese
L: 2 turkey burger patties cooked in butter and oil, 1 mozz cheese stick, 1 green pepper
D: chicken breast and drumstick with skin baked in oil, 1/2 stalk celery, 2 oz cream cheese
So I posted today concerning what I will now refer to as "The Great Celery Debate." How many carbs are really in that celery I love to eat?
I weighed in today at 168, and I peed A LOT today. It is day 2 of my period. I am hoping to see a big change on the scale in the coming days. Even if I don't, I will press on! Less pimples, more energy, fewer hunger signals, fewer cravings... what's not to like?!
