My Callanetics Blog

[COLOR="DarkOrange"]Still doing Callanetics & Cardio-Callanetics, i'm enjoying Cardio-Callanetics able to tune out Sara Kooperman annoying voice & focus on the workout & music. BUT,BUT everytime i get to a certain point and the words "please" come out of her mouth i want to reach over a choke the t.v.!!!!! Every single time, without faail it happens gotta work on that.

My Cardio-Callanetics & Callanetics Evolution Blog

[COLOR="Red"]So its Feb now St-Valentine's day is coming soon, hmmm. I went on the callanetics.com and was reading through the FAQ, i came across the Cardio part and they said to do the Cadrio-Callanetics Mon, Wed, Frid & Tues, Thurs, Sat for the Callanetics Evolution for 6x a week and you will trim up quickly. I'm going to give it a try for a while maybe for the whole month of Feb just to see what happens. I will take my measurements to tomorrow then in 1 one from now see if there is any difference. [COLOR="Blue"]Yesterday i did 1 hour of Callanetics Evolution, i love,love doing Callanetics Evolution i find that it works different muscles then 10/10 or Super C. Also i love that they have not gone off the beaten path with the exercises. Today while surfing the net i ran across a woman who is from out west Calgary, she is a trained teacher of Callanetics. I was so happy to see a website that is based here in Canada, i find myself so passionate about Callanetics, i have read 2 out of 3 books, tried almost all of the exercises, and everything works well and the results are AMAZING!!!!!...

[COLOR="Blue"]Today was another Callanetics workout day, i did the 15 mins maintence plan(from memory) because i lent my book to Nicole,lets hope i get it back.......I was a little stiff because yesterday i did Super Callanetics, i was so sore afterwards! I did almost all of the exercises expect for a couple which i skipped,still can't do the slipts........but i got through it with no problem. my behind tho felt like it was on fire! And today my thighs, my thighs! were sore, my abs also sore and underarms feel sore! I could have skipped but i wanted to do Callanetics while Maiya was...

All week i've been sick, i finally saw a dr last night who came in to declare a death for one of our patients, he exmined me and wrote me out a script for some meds. All week my sinuses have been killing me. its really hard to think clearly with that much pain. [/COLOR]
On the bright side i've worked out everyday expect Sun doing Callanetics also i've started to do Joyce Verdal for the upper body. I did Callanetics yesterday for 1 hour and then today i did Joyce Verdal.
Now i'm off to take a shower and try and find a drugstore...
