snack: 1/2 pickle
Lunch: 1 serving White Castle CheeseBurger Pie, side salad
snack: cream cheese and kahlua snack
Dinner: turkey burger with turnip fries

2. Exercise:
Type of Exercise: 2 segments from 10 minute solution kickbox bootcamp ( basic training, basic training)
Amount of time: 20 min

Breakfast: egg cream, 2 slices bacon (water)
snack: 3 tequila lime chicken wings (left overs)
Lunch: 2 slices cauliflower pizza (water)
Snack: 1/2 a pickle and cheddar cheese cubes (4)
Dinner: a (delicious) mequite grilled chicken breast with steamed green beans and carrots


2. Exercise
Type of Exercise: 3 segments from 10 min solutions kickbox bootcamp (basic training, arm and shoulders, basic training) woo hoo!
Amount of time: 30 mins

Thursday - Sept 25

1. Net Carbs eaten:
Breakfast: egg cream (2 eggs, 2 tbs half and half, cinammon 1 tsp diabetisweet) water!

Lunch: grilled chicken breast with steamed green beans and carrots (butter and pepper), one cream cheese muffin (water)
snack: 8 nuts
Dinner: 1 lc waffle (approx 4 net carbs), eggs and turkey sausage

2. Exercise
Type of Exercise: mall walk (1 hour)
Amount of time:1 hour

3. Water
Ounces of Water 64
Ounces of Other___

Lunch: 1 slice cauliflower pizza topped with chicken and bell peppers (water)

Dinner: chef salad!!! yummy (more water)

2. Exercise
Type of Exercise: 2 segments from 10 min solutions kickboxing bootcamp: basic training & arm and shoulder sculpt
Amount of time: 20 mins
